Group Sessions
We have new groups about to start!
- Brave Beginnings- 28 days to smoother nursery drop offs Daily emails and tasks with 1 hour check in weekly as a group and option to book 1 individual session 750 AED
- THE CALM CONNECTION: 8 week online program. Dive into actionable strategies, from handling big emotions to navigating challenging behaviours. Build a solid foundation for your relationship with your kids. Small group program with weekly live session, practically applicable tools and expert guidance via WhatsApp. 1300 AED
Individual Sessions
During these sessions, either one or both parents are usually involved. The sessions can be held in person or online, based on your availability. Each session lasts for one hour and aims to help you delve into the dynamics at play within your family, specifically between you and your child or children.
Options for individual sessions are:
- Monthly Support: 2 calls per month to help you navigate a current and urgent parenting challenge. 650 per month.
- 12-week intensive individual course - Personalized support with once-a-week sessions, practically applicable tools, WhatsApp support and expert guidance, individually tailored. 6000 AED
